Swimsuits for 2011 – Summer Trends

When the heat starts, we start thinking of new bathing suits. Whether you want to look sexy or like a good girl, you’re going to have to pick the swimsuit that best represents your style and your figure. For example, if you have a small bust, you should wear a ruffled bikini top, with print and bows and push-up if you want. If you’re pear shaped, a darker bottom will do the trick, with the accent placed on the upper half of the body. If you have a belly, you can cover it up with a one piece. Just remember – there is a suitable swimsuit for everybody!

Disregarding the body type, the one-piece is usually for swimming or lounging by the pool. If you want to sunbathe, you should choose a bikini, so that you tan nicely and evenly. While a bathing suit like the one from Asos or Victoria’s Secret looks amazing and chic, you wouldn’t want to catch a tan in that shape!

The retro style has had quite a comeback in these last years: the one piece with 50′s-60′s inspired cuts look amazing at Modcloth, Dolce & Gabbana and Urban Outfitters and you gotta love the polka dot print! Another retro print is seen at D&G with delicious summer cherries. You can find the proper swimsuit in any price range, color and cut, just browse the web for a little bit and have fun while doing it!
