For a strange unexplainable reason, the brand Lacoste has always been associated to a public stereotype with a classic way of dressing (and thinking) that includes very widespread and stereotyped trends, traditional stylish looks, and especially clothing collections very focused on a target group that is composed of adults older than 30.

Well, Lacoste has now opted for launching a collection focused on a younger public: Lacoste Red!

In this year’s collection, the French brand has opted for pop ideas and found its inspiration in the works of well-known respected artists such as Roy Lichtenstein or Andy Warhol. That way, this collection tries to mold some characteristics like naturalness, a wide chromatic variety, and sinuous shapes; each clothing piece is intended to reflect those characteristics.

The collection includes sweatshirts in attractive colors with laces, hoods, and some energetic designs. They can be worn with shirts and jeans: This is a look that is becoming more and more popular where Lacoste tries a combination of classic and sport styles. Definitely, this is a very urban and colorful collection.

Skinny pants are one of the strong points of the collection. They are available in vivid and electric colors. That way, Lacoste is at the same level as other important brands such as Zara or Mango which have used similar styles for long time.
