Heidi Mount: A prominent model for Chanel / Karl Lagerfeld

After some intermittent abandonments in the fashion world, Heidi Mount has been able to not only retake her career but live one of the best moments of her life (at least from a professional standpoint), thanks to Karl Lagerfeld, who rescued her in order to transform this model into the “Chanel girl”  during the last year.

The fact of becoming the muse of this German designer is synonymous with assured success. Besides, Heidi Mount has great versatility and mystery she knows how to use in a marvelous way.

Her real name is Heidi Whitworth, with which she was known during the first part of her career that began in 2003 in Paris, when she was 16. Her professional debut was part of the Yohji Yamamoto Spring 2004 collection.

Heidi was advised by her family to finish her studies instead of starting an earlier career as fashion model. For that reason, she went completely unnoticed during 2004 while she was studying. However, one year later (2005), she returned to the fashion world after her graduation, and currently, she is one of the most prominent models, at least for Chanel and Karl Lagerfeld.
