Dolce&Gabbana: New Fall/Winter 2012-2013 campaign with Bianca Brandolini. The Italian company dedicated to fashion, makeup and accessories has introduced its new collection for the next Fall/Winter 2012-2013 season and, in this new catalog, has continued with the essence of the typical Italian woman, who is the main authority of each family. This time, Dolce&Gabbana has chosen Bianca Brandolini -a spectacular model- as its new image,  who is also accompanied by other two beautiful women: Bianca Balti and Monica Bellucci. The result hits you in the eye: Besides a spectacular collection, there is a prodigality of beauty and elegance in each one of the snapshots.

At this time, other fashion houses have introduced new collections already and the exclusive Dolce&Gabbana couldn’t  fall behind; it has introduced its new collection for the next season with a catalog that shows the same essence as the previous catalog of the Spring/Summer 2012 collection. This time, besides beautiful women such as Monica Bellucci and  Bianca Balti, Dolce&Gabbana has counted with the presence of Bianca Brandolini, a sculptural model who, despite not looking very impressive in the photo shoot, is considered one of the most exuberant beauties in Italy.

Recently, she was seen at the Met Gala 2012 in New York City where she also worn D&G makeup to complement a dress in golden shades which was criticized for being excessive. Well, now wealthy Lapo Elkann‘s girlfriend reappears with this exquisite collection.

Laces

As main feature, we can highlight the presence of laces on almost all the items including blouses as well as dresses and knee-length skirts. Ornamental laces appear covering big parts of the garments, especially on bottoms as well as necklines.

Black color

Black is the main color of this very elegant collection. Actually, some snapshots of the catalog seem pictures taken at a funeral. Of course, a stylish funeral.

Golden embroideries

High-relief embroideries in golden shades on black fabrics are another of the main features of this collection. For example, there is a closed neck dress with long sleeves that Brandolini is wearing in one of the pictures.  These golden embroideries also complement some flat looks using dresses or capes. And those capes are another of the surprising things of this collection that adorn some dresses with a classic and elegant touch, although they are not suitable for all tastes and needs.

Animal print

Fabrics with animal prints also continue appearing in this catalog. For example, there is a short sleeve coat made of leather with black neck which looks perfect on a short dress with white lace and combined with ankle boots that have black heels.

1950s dresses

The company has also included some flouncy dresses with a style similar to those dresses worn during the 1950s. For example, in one of the pictures (the second one where  she is apparently yelling to some degree), Bianca Balti is wearing a very waist-tight flouncy dress with floral print, and combined with high heels and knee-length socks. That is a great total look.

The floral print is also appearing on dresses that are worn mainly by Monica Bellucci in these pictures. And Monica certainly knows how to take advantage of her curvy body.

And lastly, one of the creations that we have to mention necessarily: An original flouncy  blouse in semi transparent white color with a high neck and long sleeves that looks great on Bianca Balti.

This is a collection that some people will consider a master piece but for some it will go by unnoticed totally. Variety is the spice of life.
