Cruise 2013 Collection by Bottega Veneta – earth colors will be a hit

When you talk about accessories you have always to take a look around Bottega Veneta, an Italian brand that represents itself all the things that are valued in Italian fashion industry. While we continue enjoying all the collections for this Spring/Summer 2012, Bottega has let us know its first designs for its  Cruise 2013 Collection.

Majority of most famous designers launch their Spring/Summer collection for the next year  in September regularly, but Tomas Maier, the designer of this Cruise Collection, has presented this new lookbook by including a video. He has said that he always stars to create his pieces with color first, then material, then shape.

So, if Maier puts color in first place, he has decided to use earth colors. We can see purses and bags in yellow, brown, camel and even black and white. These same colors are used for the apparel.

Another thing you can note in this collection is simplicity. There’s no more clothing full of details. Bottega Veneta are betting in a line more minimalistic, more discreet.

The Cruise  2012 /2013 Collection by Bottega Veneta wants to introduce a  trend for 2013 different from bold and neon colors; however, there are some colors that will keep in fashion: white, nude and pale pink and green.
