5 determinant Resort Collections for 2013
Giving a natural look to women is the key for next year. For that reason, designers are returning to elementary and earth colors. Some days before, we were talking about fashion color trends for 2013 by considering the first Cruise Collections, well, we have taken another look into 5 determinant Cruise 2013 Collections to confirm our theory.
We have taken a glance to the latest Cruise Collections by Givenchy, Chloé, Stella McCartney, Celine and Balenciaga. They have already launched their proposals for the next year and coincide in styles like monochromatic by using pastel tones or elementary colors specially.
1. Givenchy – Riccardo Tisci, director for womenswear and haute couture
Print carré and puff sleeves will be a 2013 trend for Givenchy. We will see also jodhpurs and leather pants. The fashion house launched besides some impressive pieces in black or white.
2. Chloé – Clare Wright Keller, new designer since 2011
Using natural tones, earth colors, the brand continues working with jumpsuits, however, it wants to put on fashion breastplates style with pleated ankle pants. Toffe color will be also in fashion during 2013.
Clare makes great combinations with blue and earth tones. White color also appears in this resort collection.
3. Stella McCartney
The designer has proved all of us that some exclusive fabrics for fall season can be used during summer one, while we can match them perfectly. She used fabrics like knitted, crochet, floral and leopard prints. We can see many designs in burnt yellow. Leggings will be leaving us while loosely pants will be a super hit.
4. Celine – Phoebe Philo, creative director
Monochromatic trend features the last collection by Celine. Foulard style will be essential for 2013 definitely. This is one of the most amazing designs into these resort collections for 2013. It includes fabrics, styles and colors in fashion for the next year. Black, white, green, black & white or even vibrant red makes part of this great collection.
5. Balenciaga – Nicolas Ghesquière, creative director
Pastel tones are too important in the last collection by Balenciaga as well earth colors. We can see heart cut out dresses in leather and loosely sleeve tops in a fantastic designs.
