Siren London is a small boutique in the UK, who now has an online store available. They specialize in unique, retro and vintage inspired products, with a visible rock’n’roll influence. Knitwear is they specialty, so we though they’d be interesting to look at given that the cold season is upon us.
The latest buzz on the Internet is the launch of the images from the Versace for H&M lookbook. The two announced their collaboration a while ago, and teased us with a couple of images. This week was finally time for the lookbook release, and we finally got to know all the pieces from the collection. The clothes and accessories will be available in selected H&M stores all over the world, starting with November 19. Only 3 weeks to go! Are you excited? If you’re not, you’re gonna be when you see the pictures!
The American designer Lauren Moffatt was born in Philadelphia and graduated from the Chestnut Hill College, with a major in Fine Arts. At 24, she moved to New York to pursue her dream of becoming a fashion designer, and in 2000 she launched a ready to wear collection, inspired by her love for vintage clothing. For the first two seasons, the clothes were sewn by the designer herself.
Monki is a Swedish brand with lots of shops around Northern Europe. The good news is that they’ve recently opened an online shop, too, and they ship to many more countries now. And, as a piece of trivia, they’re actually owned by the same people who have H&M! So, if you like the H&M style, you will definitely like Monki! It’s just they’re a bit funkier – but nonetheless very pretty!
If you follow some fashion blogs closely, then you must have seen this collection around the web. It’s one of the hits of the fall-winter season, and no one can deny how beautiful it is. A beautiful setting – the floral wallpaper, reminiscent of another century – the gorgeous clothing, the Russian influence and the retro influence are perfectly mixed together in Ulyana Sergeenko’s lookbook for the Fall-Winter 2011-2012 season. Today we present it to you, together with our impressions of it.
Stradivarius are greeting their customers with a new catalogue or lookbook every month. For October, they haven’t only launched a lookbook that shows the latest trends, but also a catalogue with everything that’s hip this season. Of course, we had a good look at it, and we’re here to show you what the fuss is all about.
